At Moroccanoil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns on products purchased directly from our official website.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
